My main goal in training with NCK Personal Training was to strengthen and maintain muscles in my core, which I feel we’ve accomplished! I am certain that kettlebell training has improved my athleticism and confidence, and that it has helped me to prevent injury as well.

Whether the goal is introducing beginners to the basics of progressive weightlifting, or creating specialized program progressions for advanced lifters, NCK teaches practitioners how to integrate the most useful principles of strength training into their exercise practices to build the foundations for continuous progression!
